The tour seeding and validation process for the new prototype Titleist 913 drivers got off to an exciting and successful start this week at the AT&T National.

Our Titleist Tour Reps and Golf Club R&D team experts spent the practice rounds at Congressional Country Club working with players, introducing them to the new prototype drivers, explaining their new technologies and features and making sure they are dialed-in with a precision fit.

On Thursday, 14 players stepped to the first tee at Congressional with the new prototype Titleist 913 drivers in their bags.

That list included: Nick Watney (910D3 10.5º), Gary Woodland (910D3 7.5º), Bud Cauley (910D2 7.5º), Tom Gillis (910D2 9.5º), John Merrick (910D2 8.5º), Mark Anderson (910D3 8.5º), Ben Curtis (910D3 8.5º), Brendon de Jonge (910D3 9.5º, Martin Flores (910D3 9.5º), Hunter Haas (910D3  9.5º), Kyung-tae Kim (910D3 8.5º), Seung-yul Noh (910D3 7.5º), Tom Pernice Jr. (910D3 8.5º), D.J. Trahan (910D3 7.5º)

Team Titleist caught up with Nick Watney, Gary Woodland and Ben Curtis earlier in the week to get their first impressions of the new prototype Titleist 913 drivers after hitting them for the first time on the AT&T National range. Here what they had to say in the above video.
