I am trying to replace my Vokey wedge......56 degree, 12 bounce....but it appears that Vokey no longer has this combination...so my question is this:

I use my 56 almost exclusively around the green and out to about 75 yards.  My concern is in the past, I had wedges that bounced too much.  So the 56 gives me the distance in my bag to fill the gaps but the bounce worries me.  I don't want a lot of bounce so do I go to the 10/11 or do I go to the 14......Can you give me some info even if hypothetical....Thanks you.  Regards...Hank

    Hi Hank,

The best place to start your research on a replacement Vokey wedge for your 56°.12 is the Vokey Wedge Selection Guide at http://www.vokey.com/wedges/pages/wedge-selection-guide.aspx

You can also order your wedges from Vokey WedgeWorks online.

Hope this helps in the search for a new wedge or set of wedges for your game.

    Good golfing

    -Dave

Thank you for your response but I don't think I was clear.  If I replace my 56/12 sand wedge....I don't want to add bounce so the question is, do I go to a 10/11 bounce or 14+ bounce.  Which one gives me less bounce.  My guess is the 10 (dah!!!) but I have tried some not knowing the bounce and I skulled chip shots.  If you could, can you confirm for me which way gives less bounce.  Thanks....Hank

The lower the number the less the bounce Hank, I don't think 1-2 degrees will make a huge difference. Hope this helps
