We're just hours from the official start of the 38th Ryder Cup (finally!), a moment at least two years in the making.
Team Titleist sat down with a few Ryder Cuppers and Titleist golf ball loyalists recently to talk about the significance of playing a part in golf's biggest and most boisterous team event.
Check out the video to hear what they had to say (along with Ian Poulter's prediction!)...

I like the video about the Ryder Cup. However, Europe has it WRONG. The US is going to bring the CUP home!! We have a great team of young, very talented players.

The Ryder Cup is great entertainment, with players on both sides enjoying team golf, representing their homeland. However, too much hype.
Golf is a global game, players play in the US this week, Europe next week. They are all friends, may have played college, or amateur golf with each other, may even be neighbors in the US., ie Isleworth, Lake Nona, etc.,
The media attempts to build an aura of almost animosity into this. Shame.

If you are N2GOLF then you realize how competitive the Ryder Cup has become. Remember, we are always out to beat everyone we play with, especially those in your golf group at your club or those you play with. Truly I say to us all, we play to win. $1, $5, $50, $100, etc....it doesn't matter. We simply want to win. This is the spirit of the Ryder Cup Matches. Win for your team, your country, yourself....real golfers feel the hair on the back of their necks standing at attention. Go USA!!

the ryder cup is a huge event for european golf fans, the US players usually dominate the big tour events around the world, apart from the occasional european player winning a major or hitting big at a 'prestigious' event! we have the immpression that our tour and the players who regularly tee it up on them are looked upon as being inferiour! the ryder cup is our chance to show the US tour players and the rest of the world that we are no pushovers! come on team EUROPE!!!
