Most dominant golfer of the year? No argument there: It's Pro V1x loyalist Yani Tseng.

Quite fittingly, Yani won 11 times around the world in 2011, including a pair of major wins at the Wegmans LPGA Championship and Ricoh Women's British Open, and an extra-special victory at the Sunrise LPGA Taiwan Championship in front of her family and home crowd.

If there is a post-season award out there without the 22-year-old's name on it, we haven't seen it.

Her goal for 2012?

"Win 12 or 13  I guess," Yani said, smiling. "I just want to keep working hard and trying to get better."

Playing a Pro V1x golf ball, Yani led the LPGA this season in several statistical categories, including Scoring Average (69.66), Birdies (4.65/round) and Driving Distance (269.2 yards). She also finished second in Greens in Regulation at 74.3 percent.

Of her 77 rounds on the LPGA, 54 were under par and 41 of them were in the 60s.

"My ball and I… we are a team," Yani told Team Titleist. "I'm a very feel player so the ball is very important to me. I don't have to worry about (my Pro V1x golf ball). I just play my game, and the ball is always there with me."

Team Titleist recently caught up with Yani to talk about the importance of being able to trust her golf ball, which you can watch in the above video.
