I play a lot of competitive golf, and I was wondering how you warm up or prepare for your round? Is there anything I can do to get my round off to a better, faster start?

What are your main focuses when you are putting? Both practicing and when you are playing?

How do you go about preparing for different courses in different parts of the world? There's so many subtle differences that can make the difference between winning and losing. Any advise would help.

At the range should I use the exact same ball as during my round!

i wanna know :

1) how much more distance i could gain purely based on ball choise.... if i use pro v1 x as compared to nike balls that i use currently ???...just now iam averaging 240 yards..

2) are the pro V1 x balls good to use on PAR 3 holes as well or you suggest the balata balls ..

your suggestions and advise would be much appreciated .

p.s : i play regularly on the MAJLIS COURSE at the EMIRATES GOLF CLUB in dubai where the desert classic is held ...
