Hybrid 14 Bag Club Orientation

    Just picked up a new hybrid 14 bag after much debate on a buying a new bag. As much as I love it, I never can find the right positions for my clubs. Currently have 12 clubs which are Dw, 3w, 5w, 3i - 9i, PW, Putter.

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Do not believe there is a standard. Believe it an individual preference. I go L-R, R-L, L-R, R-L. I ride a cart 100% due to medical issues so my driver is alway on the outside, because I drive. That is how I set up my Cart 14 bag (tops are the same). D, 14.25F, 17F, 20H, 23H, 6, 7, 8. 9, P, 48w, 52.8, 56.10....putter in well.....

    FYI: I hate 14/15 way bags and much prefer a 6 or 5 way.
    this is part of the reason, it never seems like they make the 15 way with actual club setup in mind, and everyone uses a different amount of metalwoods.

    Thanks so much for your suggestion, after playing a few rounds I actually switched everything up and ended up using your advice.

    I’m thinking of purchasing the bag.
    Not a fan of the 14 way divider, but can’t ever find a stand bag that fits on a trolley,. Wish they could make the stand trolley compatible on all bags…
    Anyway, back to your post.

    I have one too and I started with my putter at bottom center. I then started with my 60 on the bottom right working my way right to left on each row in sequence of club till I get to back row with my driver in the middle, 3w on the left and 5w on the right of my driver. I always put them back where they go. It is easier to always go right to the club you want or tell someone that is grabbing a club for you where it is.

    I've had the 14 Hybrid bag for a few years and really like it. I personally love the 14-way dividers to keep my grips from getting tangled at the bottom of the bag like they always seemed to do with my old 6-way Titleist stand bag. My set-up is like this:

    From top (handle) to bottom (legs):

    Putter well – putter
    2nd row: 3W, Driver + alignment sticks, 19*H
    3rd row: 21*H, 6, 7, 8
    4th Row: 9, PW, GW, 52
    5th row: 56, 60
