Lite would be senior flex- Diamana Red 60 Shaft is my guess?

It is a softer flex than a Regular and a bit firmer than an L. Some would call it a Senior flex.

Lite flex is a senior flex. Thanks for sharing. If you're an 8 at the age of 77, there's hope for me. I'm 65 and a 10 so I can hope for at least another 12 years of decent golf.

Bill, lite flex is also called "senior" flex, softer than regular. Better label as many younger but lower swinging folks can benefit from the softer flex in shorter clubs. If you like the results you are getting, stick with it.

Flexes would be L-A-R-S-X. L flex would be the softest flex in that line of shafts. That flex will provide more club head "snap" at slower swing speeds. If it is too soft for you, then your dispersion pattern would be wider than you normally expect. The Red is the highest launching shaft of the stock shafts. The 7 Wood normally is a available in higher launching - softer shafts. 7W are more common with "men of a certain age" and the younger, stronger, faster golfers prefer hybrids in that loft. I have the red shafts in my D2 driver, 5W fairway, and 7W fairway. I have S in the first two (917s), and being LH, I had to get a used 915 7W with the L flex since Titleist dropped the LH 7W in the 917s. (I'm only old at 68)
