Hey Drew,

thanks for your tip. I was actually going to send it back but decided against it, because I wanted to play the Scotty in a tournament last monday. I used nail polish remover on a q-tip and could easily remove the paint with it.

I would try acetone on a q-tip... it's not going to damage the head at all and if it doesn't get it off, you may have to get in contact with SC.
