I had no idea so many people washed their glove. I tested it out on two older gloves, but I think they may have been too far gone to try to bring back. thanks for all of the information!

I wash them in the washing machine with dirty golf towels with a small amount of detergent in cold water. I hang the glove to air dry

Who knew to think of washing a glove. This concept never crossed my mind but I'm certainly going to give this a try. There is nothing like the feel of a soft leather glove and if I can make that feeling last linger, why not?

Travis,
I regularly wash my gloves due to my hands sweating a lot and making the gloves slippery. The only thing i would say is don't force dry them ie tumble dry or rest on the radiators. I dry mine in my house (much to the girlfriends frustrations) on a clothes horse in the spare room.
They may need to be worked a little to soften them again but they do come out nice.

yes, i used to throw my gloves in with my dirty clothes in the washer. just don't throw them in the dryer, or they will shrink.

To be honest I have never even considered washing my golf glove(s). Maybe I will give it a shot but I just can't get over the feeling of wearing a brand new one! That's why I rotate so often and purchase brand new at least 4 times a month.

Titleist leather gloves are washable. I've done it many times. I also use a little leather conditioner while it's still wet from being washed, and a little more when it's dry. It keeps the leather supple, but it does not make it slippery. Good luck!

No, I've washed my gloves for years without a problem. I just put it on, use cold water and a mild dishwashing or hand soap, wash my hands making sure to rinse well, then remove the glove. After taking it off, place it on a terry cloth-type towel, roll the towel up and press firmly to squeeze out excess water. I hang mine to dry. Once dry, put the glove back on your hand to shape it to your hand again, then return to the original packaging for storage. This should not dry out the glove. Most gloves dry out and get stiff because they are put straight back into the golf bag, often crumpled up, and then re-used. This prohibits complete drying of the glove between rounds, thus leading to the dry, stiff glove. Try this and you'll find your gloves lasting longer. I would also strongly recommend that you alternate gloves between rounds, or even during a round, again so they have time to completely dry between wearing.

I have never washed my glove. It never occurred to me to do that either. I am skeptical of doing that. Leather can be tricky with moisture.

I've washed mine, by hand, putting it on and using a soft bristle brush with a mild soap, to get the sweat or light dirt out of it to extend it's use a little. Then I dry it flat. Sometimes they shrink a little, but when you start wearing it again it comes right back. I've had pretty good luck.

Leather golf gloves can be washed. I've done this many times over with Titleist and also FootJoy gloves. After following the washing directions, while it's still wet, I apply a little leather softener on it to get the suppleness back. And also, no, it does not make it slippery when it completely dries for use.

The reason I wash them is when it's been wet with sweat or when it looks dirty, but mostly when sweat gets in the leather as it has salt that will harden the leather. Sometimes, when I see this happens right after the round, I would soak it in cold water and a little soap so that the salt won't have a chance to dry in the leather. In my experience, when sweat dries out in the glove, not only will it harden the leather, but it will also weaken the leather and it will crack and tear.

Once they are too dirty and worn out, I change them

If you carefully dry them after washing, the leather should be ok
