    Hello TT members,

I noticed Titleist annouched you could visit the Ball plant 3 in the USA. Unfortunately I have no money to take that travel for visit. So I will have to keep that on my bucket list.

Couple years ago when I was invited by the one of the Titleist staff (tour department) to visit St. Ives. The HQ of Titleist UK. First I visited the fitting section which is close to the factory. Then I was invited to visit the HQ and get a private tour. This was so amazing cool and life time experience ever since!

As I am a real Titleist fan I hope to visit once more and see the ball part of the factory. My question to Titleist UK: Is there any possibility of visiting St. Ives again and to have a tour in the factory? I love the game of golf, been a tour caddie since 2008 and been Titleist ever since.

    Happy swings,

    Bart

p.s. If the possibility is there the one who will lead the tour I will pay off in stroopwafels... some Dutch candy you can't resist! :D

I’m not actually sure where the factory is in St Ives. I have my fitting centre appointment on Monday, so might have to go looking.
I always think Titleist miss a trick by not having a ‘collect from factory’ option when ordering clubs. As it is so close to me, I’d definitely use it!

I play at St Ives, you'll love the fitting centre. The Factory is only 3 or 4 minutes away depending on the Traffic. You come out of St Ives Golf Club, turn Right at the round-about. Go straight on, over the next round-about in about 200/300 yards you come to another small round-about. Turn right and the Factory is 2nd turning on the Left at the industrial estate :) Its Easy to find.

The postcode I was given for St Ives took me to a local business park, and I couldn't see any sign of Titleist office, but I'm sure Luke and co don't send all day on the course or in the local pub...

If there is a facility there I'd love a tour perhaps followed by a fitting or round on the course.

Thats where it is. Turn left into the industrial estate drive up the top , turn left and its straight in front of you about 100 yards. Acushnet Ltd

After this thread, I very kindly got invited to the factory ahead of my bag fitting today.
Shoutout to Luke for taking me round and showing me what goes on...never have I seen so many golf balls in one place!! Was a great experience, and good to see where all my new bats should be being made up in the very near future.

That's Brilliant Matt, I bet it was fascinating having a look round. Ive been to the reception bit but never had a look round the factory. I got some new 718 AP1's in the summer would have loved to see how the clubs are made. Ive watched the videos of the US Factory looks very interesting. Nice one
