"The athletic journey to excellence in any sport is filled with many bumps and repeated obstacles. Anyone wishing to achieve greatness must be prepared to endure both physical as well as mental pain. The valley at times will be incredibly deep. The lows are often lower than low. Only those willing to fight the fight are rewarded.”
