on cinco de mayo, 2012, my men's league at arizona golf resort had a 7am tee time. too early for my taste, but i wanted to play. i rounded out a foursome i don't normally play with but they made me feel very comfortable. ed stephens, bill moore, and dick shaw made me feel just like one of the guys. by the time we got to hole 8, a 155 yard par 3, we were laughing and having a great time. when "the shot" came off my club, right then i knew it was going to be close......and then the ball just disappeared. what really made it special was the rest of my foursome were just as excited. and at the end of the round, man can those guys drink!!
