I had not played in 2 weeks and really just wanted to go out and hit some balls at the range. My wife said, hey you have not played, you need to go play, not hit balls. I went out not expecting much. For not hitting or practicing 2 weeks, I went out in 1 over on the front and was hitting the ball pretty solid. I then birdied the 10th hole, a par 5. Hole 11 was playing at 155 with a breeze off the left. The pin was tucked back right, with a bunker in front. My aim was ~15' left of the pin. I hit a solid 7 iron letting the wind push it towards the hole. I didn't see it go in, but the group leaving the green in front of us did. My 1st hole in one was on my birthday in 2001 with a Pro V1. This one was on my younger brothers birthday with a Pro V1X. WOW! You just cannot beat the consistency of a Titleist golf ball.
