I was en route to Pinehurst NC with 3 friends. We played Pinewood Country Club enroute. We came to # 8. Par three over water. The guys were saying " don't let that water bother you " I told them I was going to hit my shot over the water, over the 2 sand traps with a slight draw ( I'm left handed ) and run it into the hole. My God, my shot did exactly that. They shut up for a moment and then started hollering and congratulating me. One of the players said he had seen several hole in ones, but that nobody had ever called their shot like I did. It must have been divine intervention ? What a day !

This was second one and both were with Titleist Golf Balls. The other 1 was back in 1989, also a #8 hole. Golg coarse was Hell's Point in Va Beach, Va.
