Leading the way this week, Sung-Hyun Park relied upon the Titleist Pro V1x golf ball to weather the storms and the competition to capture the Volunteers of America LPGA Texas Shootout for her third career LPGA Tour title.
The event was reduced to 36 holes (the first time since 2013 that this has occurred on the LPGA Tour) due to continuous rain and howling wind at Las Colinas in Irving, Texas.
Park, the 2017 Player of the year and Rookie of the Year, posted scores of 65-66 for a two round total of 11-under-par 131, one shot clear of her nearest competitor.

Park’s victory marks the eighth win for Titleist players through the first 10 events on the 2018 LPGA Tour, eight times the nearest competitor with 1.
