Quick update to the post. Have actually now swapped from the old NXT to the Velocity purely based on the fact that the ball straightens my drives out. I hit less push right (my most destructive shot) with the velocity. Whether that is mind over matter…

I use 990b irons, they are older than 680's. I have some 906f2's, but I prefer the older version  904f. I really doubt that Titleist made a set of 680's or 906f's while they were in production of a newer model.........they may have left overs…

It was in front of the entire men's league. My first hole in one and my first (and probably only) albatross.

The USGA groove rule pertains to clubs  equal to or more than 25° which doesn't affect Rory's fairway.  Here is a link to the USGA  -http://www.usga.org/news/2011/February/Groove-Rules-Extended/

I agree with some of these guys but my suggestion would be to check the shafts. I hit my iron shots high as well and would like a better or flatter trajectory on my ball flight. When I got my driver and fairway woods I was launching those…

    Thomas,

We do not refinish our irons or metal woods.  The only refinishing we offer is for your Scotty Cameron putter.

If you're hitting the ball properly then a tight lie is a good thing. If you need grass to prop the ball up so the sole doesn't hit the ground then you aren't hitting the ball properly.

Get yourself a very high bounce…
