Just playing a round with the boys and went tap in birdie 2 holes in a row after a couple darts then stepped up to the tee and hit it 10 feet past on a back to front green spun back and went center cup

In testing, two shafts, with my gt3 I find that one costs me ten to twenty yards off the T but finds the fairway. I'm not sure I can live with that distance loss. What would you do? Thank you so much.
