After many years of golf I made my first hole in one yesterday April 18, 2025. I was playing Benvenue CC in Rocky Mount, NC. I used a Titelist T100 8 iron to hole out one #2, a challenging Donald Ross designed green. The ball I use is a PROV1.

I've been golfing for 25+ yrs and I finally hit a HIO! It happened at Los Serranos North Course in Chino Hills. Hole #17: 160 yds; 7 iron; Titleist AVX (my favorite golf balls).

I knew I hit it pure off the tee and it was tracking toward the hole…

Short little par 3. About 110y. Pin was all the way up. Smooth PW. 1 bounce, a little bit of roll and disappeared!

Sprinted to the hole yelling in excitement the whole way!
