Prov1's are a advanced golf ball but i used the prov1's when i was just starting because i liked the feel. So personally i believe it's all about the players feel.

I played the new Pro V1 test balls and was very impressed with them. I can't wait for them to come out at my Pro Shop. I got better distance and control. they putted very well. i rate these balls very high for the lower handicap players.
