• RE: GT 7 Wood

7 Woods have started to show up a lot more in Tour players bags, guys like Max Homa and Ludvig Aberg play them. It’s a great club to hit off the tee at a limited yardage and amazing to attack longer par 4’s and short par 5’s. I just recently put one in…
  • RE: Team Titleist South West Classic - Registration NOW OPEN

Hey! I would personally book a nights stay at a AIRBNB. I’ve done a few golf days far away and travelling down the same day and the thought of driving back can take it out of you.

Feeling fresh in the morning and enjoying your experience of a TT day…
  • A cold ace

February 23, 2019. There was only one course open as the temp was around 30 degrees but we were itching to play. As we were playing the wind was picking up and it became more miserable . As we got to hole #7 the wind was straight in our face. We figured…

  • Standard and complete fitting of the TT pro 2024

At the risk of sounding a little nerdy here, I think it might be fun to gain a greater insight and understanding of how PGA professionals fine-tune their clubs and why they do it. We've probably all read what different tour players have in their bag,…

  • 4th ace

On May 19th, 2024 I had a hole in one at the Suncrest Golf Course in Butler, PA. This would be my 4th hole in one. I'm 73 years old and have been playing golf since I was 12 years old. My first being in 1980 and my 4th in 2024. I feel blessed and lucky…

  • RE: Driver shaft

If you're serious about becoming a player, or already are, stick with 1 fitter/teacher (for now). Never hurts to go back as you improve, or maybe find a better swing path, or more speed. I'm 58, around scratch handicap, made a little change in my plane…
  • RE: Watch: Jordan Spieth - Mic'd Up Major Practice at Royal Troon

There probably isn't a better Tour player to be mic'd up. I'd watch a 9-part documentary of Jordan talking his way through an entire tournment.
  • RE: Sunday Bag

I have one of the dual strap Sunday bags without legs that I will occasionally use on Par 3 courses or range sessions when I don’t need to carry a full set of clubs. When playing normal courses and walking, I prefer the Players 4 Carbon as it is still…
  • RE: SUREFIT WEIGHTS

Every player has a "magic" swingweight that feels good to them. Probably best to start with lead tape, adding in increments to the point where it's where you like it, then swap out the lead tape with the appropriate surefit weights.
