I got the AP2 irons towards the end of the 2008 season and previously played the 690MB irons and I cannot imagine playing any other iron than Titleist. With the Titleist AP2 irons I can control ball flight with amazing feel. There are so many great features…

Even though I'm a biased Titleist Professional in Texas, it took me a while to step into the AP2 irons because my previous model, the 735, were so good!  The key to the AP2 in the end was the unbelievable solid and soft feel.

    I strengthened the AP2s…

I have been gaming the AP2's since they were released last year.  I turned Pro in June 08 and have played in 7 events so far winning twice and never finishing outside the top 25.

I played the 735.CM Chrome before the AP2's and the difference is night…

Added AP1 last year and 909 driver and fairway woods this year into my bag.  With all clubs l have much better feel when hitting the ball. It feels like you really have control of the club during the swing.

    Simply perfect clubs!

I'm sure this won't be posted, but I'm going to take this opportunity to share my thoughts about the subject. I still play the 735.CM irons, but think Titleist should look into coming out with an AP2B like has been done in the past with other irons. …

I purchased a set of AP2's with dynamic gold hi-launch shafts approximately 9 months ago. Over the years I have owned several sets of brand named clubs and these are without question the finest set of clubs I have ever owned!

    Thanks Titleist!

His lie angles are 1° upright.  Static height is a small factor when it comes to fitting for clubs, the player's swing has a much greater influence.

I have not heard that. He does not request replacement wedges any sooner than most players.
