If a replacement can be made available then you came to the right place. If a replacement is not an option then I suggest talking to a local tailor. In Barrie we have a few tailors available that normally adjust pant hems etc... I have taken different things in to have them make repairs. Most of them love the challenge of doing something different from their normal basic clothing repairs :)

If that panel is removable contact your local pro shop. They can contact Titleist for a replacement panel.
