    I am interested in getting the new Project X "black" shaft for my D2. I cureently have the blue Project X 7.0 shaft and love it but I am just looking for that extra advantage of the lighter gram weight (i.e. more clubhead speed) Is it being offered by Titleist yet?? Can I buy just the shaft with the Surefit dual adjustment hosel?? Can I order it directly from Titleist or do I have to go through a pro shop?? Also, are the Project X pxi shafts available for the irons yet?? I was interested in ordering the AP2's with them. thanks for any help available

    The only PX Black shaft that has completed our shaft testing protocol is the PX Black 7.0 flex.  It can be ordered as an "off menu" item.  Off menu means we will place the order, but ask that you do not cancel or make any changes at all to the order once the order has been placed.  It could take anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 weeks on off menu items depending on if the vendor has them in stock or has to build them.  The Pxi shafts are available to order now and will start to ship next week.

    Cathi, Can I order them through you? Or do I have to through my pro shop? I haven't had the best of luck with getting the correct stuff ordered when I went through my pro. I want to order the AP2 with Project X Pxi shafts 5.5, 2 degrees flat/2 strong Let me know when you get a chance. Thanks Chris

    Hi Chris,  You do have to order them through your pro shop.  If you are not having good luck with them, give us a call and we can recommend a couple of places for you.
