Recently was fitted to the AP2 with Dynalite XP S300 Shafts plus 1" length 2 Degrees Upright. My wedges which I got in 2011 are Vokeys Spin milled CC's have the DG S300 stock shaft, plus 1/2 inch, 2 deg upright. To read the shaft description on the DG S300 it says, " for strong, high ball speed players seeking greater weight feedback with lower launch and spin", I would not classify myself as a strong, high ball speed player. Should my wedge shafts be of the same type as my iron shafts to have similar performance or are wedge shafts normally different due to the club type.

I would definitely try to keep you in the same model shaft for your wedges. Perhaps the XP R300 in your most lofted wedge.

I have X-100's in my irons and just got my Vokey TVD 58 and Vokey 54 in an S400's from Joe Burdess yesterday. They are so nice to look at that I dont want to hit em. Anyway I do find that the transition from X-100 (4-GW) to S400 (Sw-LW) in the wedges is very smooth. By the time u get down to the wedges, the stiffness and feel (for me at least) is very similar. Lots of PGA guys using S400's in their shafts. just my $.02
