Hello, I have a 910 D3 with stock TITLEIST Diamana ahina( .355 tip I am assuming) and I am thinking about having it reshafted with an Aldila shaft, not sure which one yet. My question though is concerning "tip trimming". I know the Aldila website recommends how to tip trim each shaft depending on what driver /wood its being used for then "butt cut" from there, but various people have told me that yall tip trim all driver shafts, .5", regardless of shaft manufacturer tip trimming guidelines then "butt cut" from there. I figured yall would be the best people to help me clear this up so when I take it to get reshafted I know whats being done to my favorite club and to make sure they do it right!! If I want my 3-wood reshafted, is it the same as well? Thank you very much.
