About 4 months ago I bought the 913d2 with diamana blue 62 stiff shaft and lately I'm not liking the feel of the shaft. Would I be wrong for asking to swap shafts from the place I got it from?

Only if you expect them to do it for free.

Where did you get it from? Did they fit you for it, or did you just pick it off the display? Some places will swap out the shaft. However, it depends on the place, the condition of the shaft (absolutely NO scratches/scuffs, etc.) and grip. Those are the downfalls because if they swap it, then they won't be able to sell the club that they put it in to because nobody will pay retail for a club with a worn out grip and a shaft with bag wear. You'll just have to go in and talk to them. On the other hand, if they won't swap shafts for you, they could do a special order for you for a new shaft. The "stock" ones aren't that much at all. Then, you could keep your old shaft and either use it as a back-up, or sell it to a buddy.

Anyways, good luck with everything. Let us know how things go.
