Hi Chris,  The shortest we can build a driver is 41" total length on a driver.  We can do that with a Bassara W 40 in ladies flex.

Could you build an extra stiff shaft 41" say like a Fujikura Fuel or Oban Kiyoshi White? 

You will be able to get a Fuel 60 in an X flex as well as an Oban Kiyoshi White 65 or 75 in X flex - it is an off menu shaft, though. 

For an 8 year old junior, the length is more important than the swingweight. Please note that at 41", that is 4" short for a driver (approx 24 swingweights).
