Harkaran,

The shafts work well in any iron, but know that the AP2 will flight the ball slightly different than the MBs.  I would try a few different shafts in the AP2 that will work well with those heads and your swing.

Thanks for your reply. I will see if the local proshop`s carry the various KBS shaft for testing in their custom fitting department.

I was playing 710 MB/CB split set with KBS Tour S shaft's and just switched to the new 714 AP2 and got them with KBS Tour S shaft's. So same exact shaft as my old set. It work's better then fine for me, very happy I kept the shaft's the same, made the switch that much easier.

Thanks for your comment. I too was originally fitted with the 712CB and MB option, but changed the CB`s to 5 and 6 iron MB and 4 iron 712U this year. I have the same thoughts as well with regards to keeping the switch easy as possible as I intend to keep my MB`s for practice and play use for the future. I will visit my local proshop and try the AP2 with the KBS Tour reg shaft and see if the club behaves more or less the same as my current MB`s.

Did you ever try the KBS C-Taper shaft, in either the CB, MB or AP2?
