  1. Purchased my AP3's @ standard loft/lie, but was recently fitted at 3* upright. Am I able to bend these upright?

Titleist recommends no more than +/- 2 degrees. Most of the heads have been made in 0 and +2 degrees, so for someone ordering +3 degrees, if Titleist had the +2 degree head, they would match the +3 degree specification. Off the rack sets are likely the 0 degree head.

They are forged, so they can be bent. I would locate a reputable club repair shop and have them bent 2 degrees upright. Play several rounds with them. If your well struck shots fly relatively straight and with your desired trajectory, then I would leave them alone. Once you begin to bend clubs more that 2 degrees, you may have a resulting change in bounce that could be detrimental. Remember, most shots are struck from uneven ground, sidehill, uphill lies, etc.
  4. I believe the AP3s are cast not forged...

Just bend 2+ upright, then adjust 1+ to your knees or leave them alone,go to a driving range.

If you went to a certified fitter and he used a Trackman, why are wanting to change the clubs? Do you feel that you were not fitted properly? It takes a while to break in a new set of clubs and if you were not fitted or not properly fitted for your previous set, there will definitely be a noticeable difference. I would give it practice and play time. I went from 2* upright to 2* flat from my old set to my new set and it took me a good while to break them in. I also went to different shafts. AP2s TO AP1s. Might consider give them a chance.
  7. Hi, were you able to bend your AP3 Irons?
