  1. Hi TT:

I am going to be investing in a whole new set, woods and irons, and, I am trying to determine if I should have a premier or regular fitting. I wanted to get the set before the season which will probably start in (hopefully) late March.

Earlier in the year there were many premier fitting locations available, however, I think they are now closed for the season. Is there a schedule when the Premier locations will open up again near Westchester County, NY?

    Thanks for your responses!

They are still listed as Premier sites under Fittings on this website? I did notice Sleepy Hollow is not listed anymore - they used to be a Premier site. Premier sites will have more options for fitting and generally are much more experienced at fitting Titleist clubs. I use a Premier site for fittings even though we have no need to go exotic because they have more flex/length options than a standard cart to go with their experience. My next option would be a Titleist Thursday. For a full/most full bag replacement, most Premier sites will waive the fitting fee.

Assuming they are outdoor fitting sites, they will have a tentative reopening date to give if you call them. I'm in WI and April 1 is always the tentative first date. Unless there is still snow on the ground or the bunkers are still frozen... NY, NY area should be opening earlier than that.

You're smart to start the process with a fitting. Don O's comments are spot-on.

Kevin Sprecher at Sleepy Hollow is definitely premier and a great choice in your area. You might reach out to him as they have a learning center with covered hitting. We'll check the website listing and get it sorted out.
Thanks and I trust you'll enjoy the fitting and better performance as a result. Feel free to call us at 888-TITLEIST for any questions.

Kevin Sprecher at Sleepy Hollow is really good fitter. I live down south but you can watch his fitting on the Golficity on youtube. The man knows his stuff!
  5. Thanks everybody, looks like I will be giving Kevin a call! Hope the groundhog stays out of his burrow this year.
  6. All set with Kevin for 3/12! My birthday isn't until July, but I need my new sticks before the season get rolling.

I have been plagued with injuries over the last 4 years so haven't played much golf but Iv decided to kick start my golf again so just waiting for the Titleist fitting centre to open at Cambridge then will book a fitting for a new set of shiny TS100's.
Hopefully not much longer to wait

I was working to set-up an appointment with Kevin last year around this time, but COVID happened. Being from central PA I watched his fittings through the Golficity videos and wanted that experience. Unfortunately, it didn't work out as planned. Today, I went to Club Champion in Owings Mills, MD for my fitting which was great, because it allowed me to try all brands. At the end of the day, the experience was great and the T100-S's still won out.

  14. Thanks Deno! The sun and wind we had this week sure should dry things out and get the courses open soon! Trying to stay loose and not keep looking for the UPS truck!
