The shaft weight is (obviously) distributed across the full length of the shaft. The length and head weight are more variable in changing swing weight. Short of going from a 120g shaft to an 80 g shaft, there won’t be much change. If you need to add weight at the head, should be able to add some hot melt. If you need to take weight off, not sure if you can do much more than use a heavier grip.

I did for T200's and just used tip weights. If you are getting a professional to do the work, they can provide. If you are doing it, you can buy online, but make sure you get the ones for graphite and multiple options.

Personally, I made mine a little longer to make up for the lighter sw, and only had to add weight to one head that was a little light.
