Have any of the lucky AVX users in Florida or Arizona or other places that are warmer and sunnier than New England had a chance to compare and AVX to the new Tour Soft?

Happily it’s not snowing for us today - it’s only raining. ;-)

Can’t wait to try these out!

Have not hit the Tour Soft yest but you will see several past posts on AVX compared to ProV1. Tour Soft should be more like NXT. AVX is not like anything else Titleist. The dimple pattern is significantly different. Very low spin on full shots but the cover really grabs on short shots, pitches, and chips.
  3. These are two entirely different balls. I have played with AVX but not Tour Soft yet...the TT staff have provided lots of examples if you call them about the differences specifically.
  4. Are AVX balls available in europe at all?

Can't seem to find them anywhere.

Likely NOT AVX. More likely Tour Soft.
  7. I have played the NXT Tour S and have gotten a Dozen of the AVX Yellow. The AVX is not like the NXT Tour S. My thoughts are the AVX flies further and stops faster than the NXT, Waiting to try the new Tour Soft, I like softer feeling balls and have hit the New Tour Soft at a local indoor range. They feel good but I'm waiting to see if Titleist will release the AVX and at what price. I think in the $40.00 range would be great!

I was very lucky to receive a dozen AVX in December. Formerly a NXT S user. I love the AVX and want to continue using it. Added 10 yards and hitting the ball much straighter. My pro says that he has not received info on the future of the AVX ! Price is not an issue. I also am in the ball test program and absolutely did not like the last wave of NXT's that I received. If that is the newest NXT on the market I may start looking elsewhere. Been playing Titleist for 50 years !!! 6 handicap in NC.

The AVX was kinda funny in my opinion. When I first played them I was unimpressed but kept with them and really liked them after 6-8 rounds. Little lower flight but much like the 1x. I really like that they stay bright white. The increased height of the Tour Soft ball flight gives them a pretty good stopping action as well. Again, just my opinion.

What is the ball flight of the Tour Soft? Lower or higher, or mid
  11. Out of commission the past couple of years so all this new stuff about "Tour Soft" and "AVX" has me confused.
Tour soft replaces NXT, right? And AVX is an upgrade (cost) to the pv1/x, right?
Somebody clue me in or send me each for my own testing. Thanks.

I think the Tour Soft replaced the NXT but the AVX didn't replace the Pro V. The AVX isn't as soft as the Pro V. The cover on the AVX is similar to the NXT
