  1. I just bought some PRO Vx balls online and they say "TOUR" in red on the side. I found out that they are range/practise balls for the PGA tour when they come to a course. Im wondering if they are the same as a box of PRO Vx balls that I would buy in the store or are they different?

Titleist does offer balls to events and marks them so Tin Cup can't take a few to play during the match. Apparently available as both the V and the X all as number !. They all appear to be grade 5, but can't guarantee that they weren't labeled with Tour.
I would not use them in competition in case they were doctored and not USGA approved. My local store that sells overruns of logo balls has never had these.

According to Golf magazine, when PGA Tour players show up to the range at a tour event, they’re typically provided an unlimited supply of the golf balls they use in competition. This allows tour players to use the driving range as a nearly equal testing ground for the golf course.

No better or worse than a box of ProV1x you buy in the store except for the marking. Pretty much the same as buying logo overruns. I know I could never play one as my locals would be wondering how a "tour" player ever lost these in such embarrassing spots. :)

That’s why I stopped adding custom lines. Plausible deniability….
  6. I test a new Titlest ball last summer how do I find if it was the New AVX
If it was I definitely will be buying them as they played great.

I once bought a dozen ProV1 practice balls from Golflocker.com just to see what they were like. Absolutely no difference from my regular ProV1'S, except they were imprinted with "PRACTICE" in black.
