The website doesn't seem to be able to accept orders for custom imprinted balls right now. Will this feature be available again soon?
So one cannot order direct from you? I thought in the past you could, or was it just that you could preview the order and see the colors etc?

That's correct. All orders must be placed through an authorized Titleist golf shop. In the past, the application on the site only provided a preview. Thanks again.
