    Recently, while changing shaft settings, while tightening the set screw, it snapped. Thankfully, I was able to retrieve the balance of the screw from the shaft and threads are ok. How can I get a replacement set screw?

    Hi Josh,  If you purchased the club from an authorized Titleist retailer, please call us with your serial number from the head and the shaft and we can get a screw set to you.  1-888-TITLEIST.  The screws are made out of titanium, but they will snap if they are torqued and not in quite straight.
