It looks like the 962's are legal per the USGA website. I would assume the 962b's would be covered as well. Anyone else have any insight?

You won't find them on the USGA conforming or non-conforming list, because at the time the groove rule was changing, we never had a complete set to send them to test. They did have a V-grooves, which some of our other approved clubs had the same groove, but this doesn't mean the are approved by the USGA.
