Got fit at titleist about a month ago and i picked up my new set of clubs. I am experiencing a really low ball flight with my d3 and fd. its a low ball flight with about a 10 yard fade. i am freaking out (not really) because i am a draw hitter. my fitter suggested the setting a1 which i am right handed. Granted i hurt my wrist and cant play i am assuming it was just my grip because i cant even hold a club now. ANy tips for a high draw. ps i was watching rory mcilroy on the protracer. this is the ball flight i want

    Dillon,

Try moving the SureFit setting to A-3.  The lie angle (1.5* upright), effective face angle (1.5* closed), and loft (+1.5* = 10.0*) should help you find the ball flight you are looking for.  If it happens to effect your ball flight too much, then work your way down from that setting to either D-3 or C-3.

Having been a fitter for Titleist last winter I will tell you that your wrist injury is a bigger deal that you might think. Once healed, find a TPI screener in your area and get screened. I did and I was floored with a minor problem that was detected in the screening and how the exercise program has helped to fix a flaw in my posting to the left side. Golf is a lot more fun now that I have found the TPI program. I am a 58 year old PGA member who has been competive and loves to play good golf, hated what was happening to my game until I got with the program. My TPI handicap was 4.5 so I wasn't exactly in horrible shape. If you want to hit it like Rory, you need to understand his conditioning.

    Hey Dillon,

Go to "www.mytpi.com" and on the upper left go to "find an expert" put in your location and check out the certified TPI people.

The person in our area is a  TPI level 2 certified physical therapist. Cost was $100.00 for a screening and I  received the whole exercise program and screening results. I purchased a couple of bands and my investment is now at almost $150. it doesn't have to be expensive and it is so worth it.
