I recently purchased a set of AP2 5-PW with True Temper Dynamic Gold S300 shafts. I am hitting the ball extremely high and am a club and a half shorter than my previous irons. I have been using the same irons since 1989 Titleist DTR with True Temper Dynamic Gold in regular flex. My new clubs are a half inch longer. Any ideas why I am so much shorter with clubs that are 24 years newer? I am thinking about going back, but the new clubs feel so sweet.
