    My AP2 are rusting on and around the grooves.

    I take excellent care of my clubs. They look brand new and no bag chatter.

    No bag chatter... are you using iron covers? If so, perhaps they are trapping moisture.

    Don't use iron covers. I have a rack on the bag the holds up the irons, so they don't bang together. My vokey's are 4 years old and no rust. My AP2's are a year and a half a there's rust on 2 irons.
