How do you compare those mallets? Has anyone ever tried both?
I appreciate

I tried several SC putters before I picked up my GoLo S. Hands down, it's the best putter I've ever had, but that's what works best for me. Never had a straight shaft putter before, and didn't think I'd like it until I tried it, and it works great. Next time you try a GoLo, check out the "S" model. You may like it too.
I have never tried the any centered shaft putter...how do you compare to the normal golo? I was thinking of buying the normal one.

i actually never liked centered shaft putters until i bumped into Golo S. I think having the shaft not straight down to the center but little off center made a huge difference for me. you probably got to try both and go with whatever makes you feel comfortable but just wanted to point out that Golo S is definitely different compare to other traditional center shaft putters.
i've had my Golo S (40 inch using as a normal putter) for few months and almost every round that i played, it always surprise people because when they think that the putt is going to be short, it keeps going which i think happens because it doesn't create skid or hops off the putter face unlike many of the other putters. may be because SCs have that 4* loft? not sure but i love my putter.
Gustavo; I never did like a center shafted putter. Nothing in particular, just didn't like the looks of one. I was in my local Pro Shop and they had several SC putters. I tried several blade putters since that's what I've always used, and they were nice, but I wasn't too impressed. I tried the GoLo with standard shaft, and liked it better, but still not enough to buy one. Wasn't even interested in the GoLo-S, (straight shaft) but thought, what the heck, I'm here so why not. As soon as I made my first putt with it, it seemed different than all the others, and I made every putt I tried with it. It just felt better than any other putter that I've ever played. I do wish I'd tried the GoLo 5-S (same putter, but 10% smaller head) but they didn't have one. After putting with the GoLo-S, I ordered one the next day, and I'll never go back to a regular shafted putter again. Best advice I can give you is be sure to try both before you buy one, since everyone is different, and you may or may not like the center shaft. I didn't like it until I tried it. If your going to spend a lot of money for a putter, take your time and try them all, and be sure you get what's best for you. Another thing, there are a lot of options you can get with SC putters, (shaft lengths, grips, weights, etc.) so check them out also. Get the help from a professional fitter if you can.
Thanks my friend!
