Custom order question

    After recently losing all of my clubs to theft, I went to my fitter for new irons, wedges, hybrids and a driver. Everything arrived today and all according to the order. I have found in the interim, however, that I prefer less bounce on my 58* wedge than the Vokey SM4 58.12 that came today. I'm wondering whether anyone knows if Titleist would allow me to ship the club back in unused and unopened condition and send me a 58.09 in its place. My only concern is that the club I ordered has neither a stock shaft nor a stock grip (DG S400 and Tour Wrap, respectively), and, thus, the SM4 58.09 I'd like would need the same custom shaft/grip combo as well. Any insight would be appreciated.

    Speak to your dealer. I would think that a phone call to the custom shop guys should be all that it would take. If you have not taken the wrapping off the head or grip, they should be able to swap the head for you. Expect to pay shipping costs and possibly a nominal fee.
