Hello I am about to get the new set of Titleist irons, but I have a problem. I play the project x 6.5 now and handle them jus fine. They are half inch over titleist specs. What I want to do is to get them to play about 6.3 or 6.25. I was wondering if I took them up to 3/4 over would that be enough to weaken them to those specs. I dont mind the extra length do to my back is not the greatest. Any ideas. Or if you know of a lighter weight shaft I could tweek to those specs that would be fine also.
