Cathy has there been a noticeable improvement from the 910 fW to the 913FW?

  2. I never owned the 910 fw but I had hit it numerous times, I now have the 913 fairway wood in the bag and there is not a huge difference, but the feel of the face is improved and comes off hotter on the 913

Hi Michael, The biggest difference is that 913F is easier to get in the air and it launches with less spin.

Cathi - are you referring to getting the ball airborne off the deck?  I have a 910F 15* that I have no trouble elevating off the tee, but off the turf it is a low rocket. Long due to rollout and straight , but a problem for me when I need carry.  Your post has me considering a 913 replacement.

Yes, off the deck.  But, I would go to a good fitter and have them check your shaft and setting as well and then hit it against the 913.  If you get out to CC of Farmington, Jeremy is our go-to fitter out there -860.677.1754 or closer in, you can contact Andrew at Black Hall Club - 860.434.2038.

I have always been a high ball-flight player, but over the years have had a hard time getting my 3-wood airborne of the ground (not off the tee). Well, I purchased a 913 a couple months back and my problems with getting the 3-wood airborne off the deck are long gone. I did not own a 910, but hit one several times and would say the 913 is much hotter off the face and gets the ball in the air much more quickly as compared with the 910. Just my personal input, though. I'm sure others have had differing experiences.
