was thinking about getting some ap2s and was wondering if the kbs tour shafts are a good upgrade versus the true temper stock shafts and hwo much extra it would cost for 4-pw. thanks guys

Both the Dynamic Gold and the KBS Tour are great shafts. The KBS Tour is a little lighter and will produce a slightly higher ball flight for most players. The best way to determine if that is something that would benefit your game is to see an authorized fitter. Empire Ranch GC is an advanced fitting center that is near you. All their club fittings are completed by Ben Hanson or Morgan Malone. You can reach Ben at 916.817.8104 or Morgan at 916.817.8100
Thanks

Rob,
On paper the C-Taper Lite is a little higher launching and more spin than the DG S300 and the KBS Tour. Again, that is just on paper and everyone loads the shaft differently so keep that in mind. Also, you can affect launch more drastically by making a change to the head than any kind of shaft change. Maybe going a degree strong on the lofts would help? As always seeing a certified fitting professional is the best choice.

When I got fitted this past November for my AP2s, I went from a PX 5.5, 1* upright +1 inch to a XP95 300 stiff shaft same same, and I am 6'3" and really like the height I am getting from the new irons....I do not put a lot of spin on the ball, so the height is important to me.......also was fitted for my golf ball and Patrick H changed me to a Prov1......good man......saw a PGA instructor and certified fitter for the irons and also got a swing adjustment.......life is good......
