    I'm wondering if anybody could give me some advice on which shaft I should buy for my new 913d2 driver. I've bought an 8.5 degree head with no shaft and don't know what to buy..  I play off 5 so ideally what I'm looking for is something stiff but that is consistent for me . Any advice would be much appreciated

    I think you could use just about any shaft you like, you could use. For me personally, when I started looking into shafts I looked at the shafts that Titleist consider stock shaft options, You can see these shaft options on the Titleist web site.

    Best advice I can offer is go see a fitter.  If you do not know which shaft works best with the head you bought and your swing, no use purchasing one off the shelf......please go see a fitter....

    I have the same head with two shafts, the Diamana S+ and the RIP Phenom.  I use the Diamana when I am looking for more carry, and when there is a little more room in the fairways, but switch out for the Phenom when I want more roll, and/or I am playing a tighter course.  The Diamana 'feels' softer than the Phenom.

    I have the Diamana S+ in my 913D2. Stiff flex. Feels good for my game.
