    I play with AP 1 14 irons. I am thinking of going to change to AP1 16 Irons. Was wondering if I should go to senior shafts?

    I too upgraded to ap1716s after being fitted I figure send I needed Graf shafts senior but fitter showed me the steel r flex worked better over all for me yes by all means get fit. Titleist for life my friend

    I concur with Denny...get fitted. I was going to buy AP1's with the XP95 shafts....the fitted showed that shaft was going to cause me to spin the ball way to much. We worked for an hour and found the AMT S300 was the best, for me and gave me an extra 10-15 yards of carry.

    Get fitted! A Titleist fitter will let you know. I am adamant about this.
