I've bought a couple of clubs from them over the years. No problems here.

I bought a custom club from them and it was drop shipped from Titleist, they would have to be. I have been ordering from them for years with not one issue.

Titleist doesn't have any internet only dealers. The clubs would have to come through a brick and mortar dealer. Not to say they aren't selling authentic clubs, but the internet business is not an authorized dealer. In the past I've dealt with them for used LH clubs to try without issues.

    Hi John -

Your best bet to ensure you purchase authentic Titleist product is to always buy from an authorized Titleist retailer. Our products are primarily sold at golf courses, off course golf specialty shops and certain sporting goods stores.

Please feel free to contact our club concierge team directly at 1-888-TITLEIST or via clubsupport@titleist.com and they will help provide you with some more information.

    Thanks!

Abby , so let me understand correctly. If the Brick and Mortar has an online site that sells clubs you are good to go? If not it's a crap shoot?
