    I just received my new 816 H2 custom directly from Titleist and it didn't come with the adjustment book or tool. Should it?

    Many retailers only supply them with drivers. You can use any Titleist wrench. I didn't get one with my 816H, but I didn't ask as I already have some. If you look up the hybrids under "clubs" on the website, you can find the LH and RH maps for the settings.

    From previous experience I only got one when I purchased a driver.

    Only the drivers come with the adjustment tool.
