A lighter shaft in my 915D2

    I ordered a Diamana M+ 50 shaft from Titleist for my 915D2 to replace the S+ 60 shaft it came with. Will this affect the swing weight and should I change the bezel weight - I have the weight kit. I'm changing the shaft to hopefully increase club head speed and launch the ball a little higher. Thanks.

    Hi Gerry,

    The M+50 will build one swing weight lighter than the S+60, so the 11 gram bezel weight would being the driver back up to D2.

    I purchased my 915 D2, 12 degree driver with the M+50, Stiff Shaft. I have always struggled with a low ball flight with the driver, even when I had a 14 degree mini driver. My ball flight is the highest it has ever been and I have a more consistent ball flight and straighter direction with this shaft.
