    Good morning,

Does Titleist have a warranty program for their clubs? The face on my 915FD is partially caved in.

I realize this may not be the correct place to ask but I am hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

    Thank you for your help.

I would recommend talking with the Warrant and Repairs Department. They are the experts:

Hi Cal, Please take your club into your pro shop and have them set up a Warranty inspection with our Warranty and Repair department. The Warranty department is not yet set up to work directly with consumers and they ask that you go through your local shop.

Follow "Customer Service" info in the bottom of this website. You need to work back through the pro shop/authorized dealer that you used when you purchased the clubs. They should have a record of the purchase if you remember the date and no longer have your receipts. If you bought them second-hand or through some unauthorized dealer or website, they may not be authentic and in that case, do not expect a warranty coverage.
